Yellow Belt Kempos
- Left foot steps in with left upward block (#6).
- Left hand rotates palm facing you and grabs the back of the opponents head.
- Pull the head (and meet halfway) into a right roundhouse elbow strike high.
- Right circular reverse hammer strike low.
- Left foot steps in with left upward block (#6).
- Left hand rotates palm facing you and grabs the back of the opponents head.
- Pull the head (and meet halfway) into a right roundhouse elbow strike high, and right circular reverse hammer strike low.
- Left hand pushes down and right dropping elbow strike to the spine.
- Pivot both feet to the right.
- Simultaneously push down and back with the left hand while sweeping your left leg forward.
- Bring your left leg back.
- Pivot back to the right and strike down with a right blade kick.
