Yellow Belt Kempo #1

  1. Left foot steps in with left upward block (#6).
  2. Left hand rotates palm facing you and grabs the back of the opponents head.
  3. Pull the head (and meet halfway) into a right roundhouse elbow strike high.
  4. Right circular reverse hammer strike low.

Yellow Belt Kempo Ext

  1. Left foot steps in with left upward block (#6).
  2. Left hand rotates palm facing you and grabs the back of the opponents head.
  3. Pull the head (and meet halfway) into a right roundhouse elbow strike high, and right circular reverse hammer strike low.
  4. Left hand pushes down and right dropping elbow strike to the spine.
  5. Pivot both feet to the right.
  6. Simultaneously push down and back with the left hand while sweeping your left leg forward.
  7. Bring your left leg back.
  8. Pivot back to the right and strike down with a right blade kick.
