White Belt Combinations
- Start in a horse stance with your hands up protecting your head
- Twist your feet into a left leaning stance
- Right leg side kick to the ribs or blade kick to the knee
- Cross – Right foot crosses over the left foot
- Cover – Step out with left foot, with hands on guard.
