Back Choke #1
- Back kick low.
- Turn and use right arm to wrap.
- Left palm heel strike high.
Back Choke #2
- Right foot stomp down.
- Put your left hand in a shuto position on top of your head.
- Step back with your left foot and pivot by turning left into opponent land in a left leaning stance.
- Upward rising cranes wing strike low.
- Left cranes wing strike high.
