10 Point Blocking System

  1. Stand in front position and bow.
  2. Step out with the right foot into a horse stance.
  3. Double downward knife hand blocks while exhaling.
  4. Double outward rising ridge hand blocks while exhaling, then double downward knife hand blocks while exhaling.
  5. Double outward knife hand blocks while exhaling.
  6. Bring your open hands together palms facing you inhaling.
  7. Turn your hands palms away move hands to outward knife hand blocks exhaling.
  8. Double inward leopard’s paw knife hand trap while exhaling.
  9. Bring your hands together palms facing you inhaling.
  10. Double downward palm block while exhaling.
  11. Hands to ready position inhaling.
  12. Hands fist-over-fist on right side.
  13. Double “U” driving tigers claw to the left while exhaling.
  14. Hands to ready position inhaling.
  15. Hands fist-over-fist on left side.
  16. Double “U” driving tiger’s claw to the right side while exhaling.
  17. Hands to ready position inhaling.
  18. Double downward closed hand blocks exhaling.
  19. Hands to ready position inhaling.
  20. Double outward closed hand blocks exhaling.
  21. Reach out and grab opponent and pull in.
  22. Right upholding hand block, bridged with left hand.
  23. Simultaneous right downward block and left upward ridge hand block.
  24. Simultaneous outward “U” tigers claw with strikes while exhaling.
  25. Left upholding hand block, bridged with right hand.
  26. Simultaneous left downward block and right upward block.
