Double Wrist #3

  1. Step back with your right foot.
  2. With your elbows tight to your ribs rotate your arms up and back toward your shoulders.
  3. Right front kick middle.
  4. Cross, cover.

Double Wrist #4

  1. Swing your arms up over your head to the left.
  2. Begin pivoting to the left and step under your arms with your right foot.
  3. Step back with your left foot completing the pivot and landing in a horse stance.
  4. Right Palm strike.
