- Step back with your right foot.
- With your elbows tight to your ribs rotate your arms up and back toward your shoulders.
- Right front kick middle.
- Cross, cover.
Double Wrist #4
- Swing your arms up over your head to the left.
- Begin pivoting to the left and step under your arms with your right foot.
- Step back with your left foot completing the pivot and landing in a horse stance.
- Right Palm strike.
