Program Description

Our Cardio Kickboxing and Personal Training classes run an hour in length, and are full of high intensity training. We do it all in this class: punching, kicking, stretching, heavy bag work, circuit training, floor exercises, interval workouts, and abs abs abs! Students of all levels of fitness can participate in this program. No two classes are the same. You will not be bored with a routine here. Each work out is designed to challenge you to your limits and to teach you how to transcend them. Don’t delay–come in today and really learn something about yourself!


All students over the age of 12 are eligible to enroll in our Personal Training Program.
