Back Choke #1

  1. Back kick low.
  2. Turn and use right arm to wrap.
  3. Left palm heel strike high.

Back Choke #2

  1. Right foot stomp down.
  2. Put your left hand in a shuto position on top of your head.
  3. Step back with your left foot and pivot by turning left into opponent land in a left leaning stance.
  4. Upward rising cranes wing strike low.
  5. Left cranes wing strike high.
