Front Choke #1
- Slap hands together high.
- Right foot steps across to the left with right downward elbow strike.
- Right foot steps back with right side elbow strike and left palm strike to the head.
Front Choke #2
- Right foot steps forward.
- Upward rising palm strike.
- Right hand Shuto to the right.
- Right hand Palm Strike to the left.
- Right hand Shuto to the throat.
- Left Palm strike to the head.
