Students who aspire to Green Belt ranking must master this form. Concentrate on your imaginary opponents and target your strikes and kicks with power and precision.

  1. Assume front position and bow. Right foot steps out to horse stance with double open cross hand block high. Bring fists back to elbow position with kiai. N
  2. Right foot half moons backward into half moon stance with left downward palm block, left rising chicken wrist high.  N
  3. Left foot half moons backward into half moon stance with right downward palm block, right rising chicken wrist high.  N
  4. Left front ball kick middle landing in left half moon stance hands on guard.  N
  5. Look and turn right pulling right foot into right cat stance facing S with left inside block and right outside block.  S
  6. Pivot left facing SE, right side kick towards SE landing in horse stance facing NE with hands on guard.  NE
  7. Right foot steps backwards landing in horse stance facing SW and looking SE with left outward ridge hand block, left side spear poke high towards SE.  SE
  8. Right leg steps forward with left pivot landing in horse stance facing NE with right side Shuto strike high towards SE.  NE
  9. Look and turn left drawing left foot into cat stance facing NW with right downward block, left foot steps out landing in left half moon stance with left palm heel strike high.  NW
  10. Right front kick landing in right half moon stance with hands in cup and saucer on right side.  E
  11. Left foot half moon forward facing E with left outside block and right front two-knuckle punch high.  E
  12. Right foot pulls into left with hands fist-over-fist on left side, right foot half moon forward with right outside block and left front two-knuckle punch high.  E
  13. Right back kick E and right side kick N, landing horse stance.  E
  14. Look and turn left S pulling left foot into cat stance facing E with left hand block in vertical open position in front and right open hand block overhead on the same plane as the left hand.  E
  15. Left hand outward block. Right foot half moon forward facing  in a horse stance. NE, left hand scoops up with right thrust punch low.  NE
  16. Right foot half moon forward facing N with hands in elbow position.  N
  17. Double open cross hand block high, pull fists back to elbow position with kiai, right foot meets left in front position and bow.
