- Left front kick to the middle.
- Right spinning back kick to the middle.
- Right foot steps back with left open hand outside block.
- Left hand grabs the blocked arm, right front instep kick to the groin.
- Right Roundhouse kick high, landing in a cross stance.
- Right sidekick to the ribs.
- Right foot steps back with left open hand outside block.
- Right front instep kick to the groin.
- Right Roundhouse kick high.
- Cross – Right foot crosses over the left foot.
- Cover – Step out with left foot, with hands on guard.
